​​​Stage 1- Your Enquiry​

• Please read our T&Cs fully so you understand how we run things at the hotel. This is very important as they affect you.  

• Once you have read everything, do send us a message via our website to make your initial enquiry, provide your contact details and as much information as you can.

• We will then text or email you (check your junk) to double check you have read and understand the T&Cs, we can then send you details for stage 2 below.

Stage 2- Virtual Video Call

• We will set a date for your free hour meet via virtual telephone video call on whatsapp.

• We will then send you an email and ask you to complete our comprehensive Boarding Agreement and vet release form which also askes you to provide an up to date vaccination card and kennel cough proof as well.

• During your call we will show you the inside of the house and the garden. We will also have a chat about the information you have provided on your form and you have the chance to ask any questions you may have. ​

Stage 3- Dog Meet & Greet

• If we are happy with things going forward, you will be invited down so we can meet your pup for up to an 1 hour for free to get an idea of how your pup is on their own.

• Meets are held during the week and are no cost. Weekends can be arranged but there may be a long wait for a space. 

• We dont allow the humans in for a show around (we show you virtually at stage 2 above) as we often have IVDD or medical pups here and you will appreciate that lots of new people coming in and out can bring stress or excitement on the other dogs.

 

Stage 4- Trial Night/Build up days/Daycare

Boarding

• Following on from the hour meet, if we feel your pup would settle and fit in well, we can go straight ahead with a trial.

• We may need to consider extra settling time with build up days if your pup has not been to boarding before or is shy/anxious but this will be discussed if necessarry. 

• We keep in touch throughout the build up days/trial and if your pup does not settle or any unwanted behaviours are displayed, we would ask you to collect your pup and this is non-refundable. We can suggest other boarders who may suit your pup better.

• If your pup doesnt pass the trial and you have made a deposit payment to hold holiday dates, please read our T&Cs. 

Daycare

• Following on from the hour meet, if we feel your pup would settle and fit in well, we can go straight ahead with a trial if boarding

​​Stage 5- Book Your Holiday/Daycare

• If all is well following the trial, you are then a VIP client and are free to book holiday or daycare.

• You will be invited to our facebook VIP group. ​

• Please make sure that your holiday insurance or pet insurance covers any loss of boaring fees due to holiday cancellations for any reason.
