OPENING HOURS

Our public open hours are between 8am-6pm every day.

We operate 24/7 for the dogs in our care but outside of these hours we are carrying out our normal household routines. This is the reason we do not accept arrivals or collections outside 8am-6pm without an additional charge.

PLEASE MAKE SURE...

Before enquiring, please make sure the following applies to your dachshund:

Females are not in season
Males are neutered or chemically castrated (we cannot accept intact boys of any age)
Your pup is up to date with flea and worming
Your pup has had core vaccines (or Titre tested)
Kennel Cough vaccine is not required, if they had it, a 6 week wait is required from date given
IVDD: Your pup is

-at least 8-12 weeks out of surgery, OR

-6-8 weeks past crate rest,

-and can walk/wobble walk/drag

(we cannot accommodate paralysed pups)

If a rescue dog, you have had them for a full year
Your pup does not disply any of our 'unsociable behaviours' as listed on our T&Cs
